Dr. Yeo Chong Meng graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 1998, and completed his basic medical training at Auckland City Hospital and North Shore Hospital in New Zealand before returning to Singapore. He obtained Membership to the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and pursued advanced specialist training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Accredited as a Gastroenterologist by the Singapore Specialist Accreditation Board, he was later conferred Fellowships by The Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh. Dr. Yeo received the Ministry of Health Healthcare Manpower Development Plan Scholarship for advanced training at Yale-New Haven Hospital, USA. He specializes in treating gastrointestinal disorders and liver diseases, presenting his work at regional and international conferences and publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals. He actively participates in national campaigns raising awareness about digestive and liver diseases and chaired the 23rd National Foundation for Digestive Diseases Public Symposium Organizing Committee in 2011. Formerly a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Dr. Yeo advocates for personalized, holistic, and high-quality patient care in his private practice.

Dr. Tan Poh Seng is a senior consultant gastroenterologist in Singapore specializing in digestive diseases, liver diseases including viral hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and liver transplantation. He has extensive experience in various endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy, endoscopic variceal ligation, and capsule endoscopy. Dr. Tan graduated with an MBBS (Hons) from the University of Melbourne in 2003, followed by postgraduate training in Singapore starting in 2004. He obtained MRCP (UK) and Master of Medicine (Int Med) qualifications in 2007 and achieved specialist accreditation in Gastroenterology & Hepatology from the Specialists Accreditation Board of Singapore in 2011. Before private practice, he served as Director of Clinical Services and senior consultant at the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, National University Hospital (NUH), and played key roles in the Liver Transplant Programme and Hepatobiliary Tumor Group at the National University Cancer Institute.

Dr. Mark Fernandez is a gastroenterologist specializing in liver disease and digestive cancer screening. He graduated with B.Sc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh in 1997 and MB ChB (Hons) in 2000. Dr. Fernandes obtained MRCP (UK) in 2003 and was accredited as a Specialist in Gastroenterology by the Ministry of Health, Singapore, becoming a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) in 2007. He completed advanced fellowships in liver cancer and hepatitis B at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, and gained expertise in liver transplantation at King’s College Hospital, London. Dr. Fernandez has played a pivotal role in the liver tumor ablative service and liver transplantation program at NUH, and he introduced the Fibroscan service at the hospital. He has also served on committees for the National Foundation for Digestive Diseases.
