He also volunteers his time at the Ministry of Health Singapore and has given frequent lectures to fellow orthopaedic surgeons and the public. Dr. Andrew Dutton has been in clinical practice since 1996, having graduated from Marist College in Canberra and the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He formerly worked at the Prince of Wales Hospital and at St. George Hospital in Sydney before completing his Orthopaedic surgery training in Singapore. He completed his specialist training and worked at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, United States. During this time, he received training in complex hip, shoulder, and knee procedures while caring for patients from all across the United States, as well as Harvard University faculty. Dr. Dutton is the first surgeon in Singapore to conduct hip arthroscopy and labral repair. He is also the first in Singapore to do the Single Tunnel Double Bundle Intrafix ACL reconstruction. He has successfully performed total hip arthroplasty using surgeon-controlled Intellijoint HIP navigation technology, marking another first in the country. This makes him the first in Southeast Asia to use the intelligent navigation system, which considerably enhances the accuracy of hip replacements.

Dr. Brian Lee is a s a renowned Orthopaedic surgeon who graduated from the Medical Faculty at the National University of Singapore in 1986 and evetually received Post-Graduate Fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons. He was awarded a fellowship in Orthopaedic surgery by the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 1990 and became the first Mark B Coventry Reconstructive Fellow at the Mayo Clinic in 1994. He has vast experience in arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, minimally invasive uni-compartmental knee replacement, computer navigation, Patient Specific Instrumentation, and robotic surgery. Dr. Lee is also a frequent speaker at conferences and a faculty member at numerous international meetings. He has published numerous research papers and written six book chapters on the subject. He has been in private practice since 2001 and is a member of Mount Elizabeth Hospital's Medical Advisory Board, Chairman of the Orthopaedic Surgery Specialty Group, and previously served on the Singapore Orthopaedic Association's Executive Committee. Dr. Antony Gardner is an Orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in Orthopaedic trauma, specifically post-traumatic limb reconstruction, and has experience handling bone and soft tissue deformities caused by trauma and infection. He has extensive experience treating complex limb abnormalities and non-union fractures with both conventional and Ilizarov ring fixators, with great interest in foot and ankle surgery, including degenerative disorders such as Hallux valgus (bunions), ankle instability, and Charcot arthropathy. He graduated from Cambridge University in 1998 and Oxford University in 2001, and received his Orthopaedic training in the United Kingdom before finishing his Advanced Specialist Training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Singapore in 2012. He acquired a strong interest in trauma and foot and ankle surgery and returned to the UK in 2013 to complete his residency at the Orthopaedic Trauma Center in Oxford. Dr. Gardner can provide a professional opinion for a wide range of Orthopaedic disorders, including non-operative and operative treatment for all patients, from diabetic foot ulcer sufferers to elite athletes. He has also received training in keyhole surgery (arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery for the foot, ankle, and trauma). Dr. Gardner is a frequent regional lecturer and educator on the use of trauma implants and circular frames, as well as new trauma fixation procedures. He also leads courses in advanced trauma surgery. Dr. Gamaliel Tan is an Orthopaedic spine surgeon specializing in endoscopic spine surgery and motion preservation operations, such as artificial disc replacements. He Tan graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at NUS in 1995 and earned his FRCS (Ortho) in 2005 at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. In 2006, he received a scholarship from Singapore's Ministry of Health to study spine surgery at the University of Toronto under Prof. MG Fehlings. He established Ng Teng Fong General Hospital's (NTFGH) Department of Orthopaedics in 2009 and served as Head until 2018, and Head of the Spine Division until 2023. He introduced endoscopic spine services at NTFGH in 2020. Dr. Tan is a visiting consultant at NTFGH and National University Hospital (NUH).
